- What it does
- Receives reports by email, assigns them to workers with the right skills, and tracks each job on a kanban board through to the work report signed by the tenant, reviewed and exported as PDF.
- Security
- Separate admin and worker roles, PDFs in a private bucket with signed links valid for 15 minutes, and logs that automatically mask passwords and tokens.
Two separate views: a dashboard for the office and a mobile-first view for workers, who only see the tickets they lead or collaborate on. Nightly database backups with 14-day rotation, and restores possible only from the terminal, never from inside the app.

The screenshots show a test environment with fictitious data. For privacy, the logo and all references to the client company have been removed.
